Starting my doctorate next year
- Working and saving lives: worked in 7 LA hospitals including UCLA and Cedars-Sinai in trauma, critical care, liver/heart/lung/kidney transplant, multiple surgical services, and also in the cardiac OR doing surgery.
- Teaching: guest lecturer at UCLA and clinical preceptor the hospital for nursing students and nurse practitioner students at 5 schools
- Researching: trauma and cardiac surgery research
- Traveling: too many countries/places to list - Africa has been my favorite so far, medical missions
- Lived in the midwest for 6 years then moved back to LA
- Became an auntie!
